About the Event

Unloading Crew Volunteers for Marching Band Competition – Responsibilities


We’re seeking 8 parent volunteers to assist with unloading all 3 vehicles when we return to Portola High School after the competition. Here’s what to expect:


Responsibilities:

  • Arrival (TBA): You’ll receive a notification on the BAND app at the end of the competition with the estimated arrival time of the equipment trucks at PHS.

  • Unload Equipment: Assist with unloading all equipment from the trucks and place items in their designated areas.

  • Timing: Equipment trucks generally arrive at PHS approximately 30 minutes before the students.
