PHS Music Boosters are actively recruiting both parent and student volunteers for our upcoming events. We rely on volunteers to ensure these events are successful, so your help is essential. Check out the available volunteer spots for parents and students using the link below, and sign up today! Student volunteers can earn valuable volunteer hours, while parent volunteers play a key role in our music community. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Year-Round Volunteer Positions

Are you looking for a way to encourage and support your student and the school's music programs? With a variety of exciting events, including marching band, winter guard, indoor percussion, concerts, and even a trip to Hawaii, there are plenty of opportunities to get and make a difference. Join us in supporting our talented students while creating unforgettable experiences for our community.

Food Committee

Assist in the ordering, deliveries, set up, and distribution of food for Boosters events and programming such as banquets, middle school recruitments, marching band games and competitions, Directors appreciations, Boosters socials, and so forth.

Truck and Trailer Drivers

One with truck to tow and drive PoP trailer, and three drivers to drive moving trucks with equpments and props to festivals and competitions. Transport, load and unload, and pick up and drop off of trucks. No special license.

Props Lead

Assist Directors in facilitating a group of parents to identify, acquire and purchase materials to design and build props. During events, lead ensure props for competitions are assembled and disassembled, and stored properly. Will need to travel to and from competitions and festivals.

Marching Band Parent Leads

Be present ealry, stay, and help clean up during home games and competitions to ensure volunteers support with uniforms, water and snacks, and assist in directing parents support in stands. Will require travel and stay with band during event. Collaborate with Color Guard Parent Leads.

Color Guard Parent Leads

Be present at all home games and away competitions to ensure volunteers support with uniforms, water and snacks, and assist in directing parents support in stands. Assist in acquiring meals during away competitions during Winter season. Collaborate with Marching Band Parent Leads
