We're releasing new website, and there's lots of update in this month.

We're super excited about our new website! It's gonna be the go-to spot for all the deets on upcoming events for parents and students. Plus, we'll be looking for awesome volunteers to help out with our activities. Can't wait to see it all come together!
So, there are like six sections listed below.
NEWS: this is where you'll find all the latest news related to the music department. You can expect updates on upcoming events, music department happenings, monthly booster updates, and more. Stay tuned!
CALENDAR:we'll be posting all the cool stuff coming up here, like practice schedules, competition dates, music concerts, and more. You'll find all the info you need on the calendar events, including details and even links to RSVP if you want to volunteer or purchase concert tickets.
VOLUNTEER: just a heads up - we're looking for plenty of volunteers to make sure the kids have a blast with their music activities. When competition seasons roll around, we could really use some committed folks to pitch in with things like the food committee, driving trucks and trailers, setting up props, taking photos, and more. We also need some extra hands for concerts and events. If you're up for lending a hand, please check out this section and fill out the volunteer submission form. Thanks a bunch!
DONATION: Music Boosters is a nonprofit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3), which depends on the support of generous donors and sponsors, including parents, community members, businesses, and other organizations. Each year, our budget is allocated to fund staff who offer high-quality instruction, musical instruments, and programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and enhancing events for students. We encourage you to explore this section and discover three distinct donation options to contribute in any way you can.
SPONSORS: We are looking for sponsors for our music program who are passionate about music and share our commitment to providing high-quality music to young musicians. Sponsoring our program will allow you to make a difference in the lives of these talented musicians and assist us in our efforts to advance education. Let's get the Booster Meeting started!
We have both Board and General meetings each month. General meetings are scheduled for the FIRST WEDNESDAYS of the month, both in person or virtual. Updates from each program will be provided by Directors along with opportunities to volunteer. Childcare is available, please let us know.
We encourage all members to participate and join us in person or virtual via Zoom. Board meetings are open to general members by request to attend.
Band Camp Starts!

From August 5 onwards, the band camp will be held for a duration of 2 weeks, running from noon until 9pm. Students are required to be prepared for hot weather by bringing essentials such as sunscreen, a water bottle, a sun cap, and other necessary items.
During the first three days of band camp, the Boosters will greet families and begin collecting donations for the upcoming school year. Feel free to stop by our booth to learn more, ask questions, get connected, and contribute to our programs.

Family donations are the major source for our programs' funding. We always greatly appreciate any amount towards our goal of fully funding our programs!
The majority of your donations are allocated to personnel, instruments/music/repairs, and transportation/food.
We encourage families to ask their employers for matching donations, if available.
