Volunteer Needed - Marching Band Parent Lead
We need a Marching Band Parent Lead for Home games and competition days. First game, Friday, September 6th!
Commitment: All Home games (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Competition days on Saturdays (All day long).
Role: Ensure water is taken to the stands during games and stay with the band, encourage parent participation during our performance, pull out plumes and assist with uniforms before games and competitions.

Boosters General Meeting: Sep 04, 2024, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We invite you to attend the first Boosters General Meeting of the school year. If you are unable to join in person, you can participate via Zoom. (Here's Zoom Link.)
We will offer daycare for those attending in person, supervised by music students (who will earn volunteer hours).

Home Football Game: Sep 06, 2024, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Join us in supporting our students as they debut their performance in front of the entire school! Parents can gather by the band at the end of the stands - your presence is greatly appreciated!
We are looking for 15-20 volunteers to assist with moving instruments to the field at 6:30 PM, and then during halftime (between 8-8:30 PM) for the performance. If you are available to help, please sign up as a volunteer using this LINK.
Music Boosters Parents Meet & Greet: Sep 11, 2024, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
As we start the new academic year, we are excited to welcome all new and returning families to our Meet and Greet event! It's a fantastic chance to mingle and interact with other parents.
We’ll have a selection of finger foods, desserts, and drinks available. During the event, we’ll also provide detailed information about upcoming events, sponsorship opportunities, and more.
Please RSVP so we can make the necessary preparations and have everything ready for a great evening. We look forward to seeing you and getting to know each other better!
HOME Football Game: Sep 20, 2024, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Another Home Football Game is scheduled for this month, marking the 2nd one. Just like the first game, we highly value your attendance!
